Job Description

• Promote and sell furniture products to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, prepare quotations, and process sales.
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store displays.
• Collect customer feedback for marketing improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team and participate in training.
• Stay updated on product features and inventory

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including product presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Training and Sales Management to support team development and monitor sales performance.
• Candidates should possess basic marketing knowledge, including promotional activities and visual merchandising.
• Relevant experience in retail, furniture, or home furnishings sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Central Jakarta and adapt to a fast-paced store environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, spreadsheets, email) is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
