184 Place is hiring Sales and Marketing Showroom Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Showroom Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable home appliances ,furniture and interior solutions. You will guide customers throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to quotation preparation and sales conversion.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide product consultations on home appliances, furniture and interior solutions.
- Prepare price quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities.
- Convert customer inquiries and prospects into successful sales.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with designers and relevant internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and fulfilled.
- Provide a positive customer experience and contribute to achieving the company's sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Marketing and Customer Service Experience
- Have a good manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong managerial, negotiation, and strong analytical capabilities
- Highly motivated and target oriented
- Proactive person, eager to learn and take on challenges
- Good salesmanship and relationship with customer
