Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven a Sales and Marketing officer to join our team at PT Ornamen Inti Makmur (Come Together), a growing event creative management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and promoting our services to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales
- Identify and pursue new clients opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Build and maintain pipeline and clients’ database.
- Develop sales presentations and proposals.
- Ensure the company meet sales targets.
2. Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company’s services and increase brand visibility.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, such as company profile, showreels, flyers, and social media content.
- Collaborate with event, production, and multimedia team to promote company’s services services through various channels.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase revenue.
Requirements:
1. Education: minimum Diploma's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: minimum 2-3 years of experience as Sales Marketing/Account Executive or similar role (event industry experience is a plus)
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation, presentation, and budgeting skills.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to meet client objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple accounts at once.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar in Canva and social media platforms skill will be a plus.
- Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude
4. Have clients’ database is a plus.
