Position: Sales & Marketing Officer

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools, institutions, and individual clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. Present and promote NGE programs and services.
4. Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
5. Support marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience.
7. Prepare sales reports and market insights.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, or related roles.
3. Candidates with experience in the education, training, language course, study abroad, travel, hospitality, or service industries are preferred.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Target-oriented and proactive in building client relationships.
6. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
