YKExplore is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, strengthen our market presence, and manage multi-channel sales strategies. This role is for a leader who can think strategically and execute aggressively.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Lead and supervise sales, partnerships, and marketing teams.
* Increase revenue through OTA platforms, direct bookings, website sales, and B2B channels.
* Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and business partners.
* Plan and optimize digital campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.
* Monitor KPIs, sales performance, customer acquisition, and ROI.
* Analyze market opportunities, competitors, and customer trends.
* Improve YKExplore brand awareness in local and international markets.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
* Hands-on working experience in OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.
* Proven experience handling OTA operations, product listings, promotions, pricing, and performance growth.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnel strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Fluent in English is a strong advantage.
* Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
