Eling Group is a spiritual wellness ecosystem rooted in Bali. We bring together spa experiences, healing sanctuaries, learning academies, retreats, community programs, and digital wellness platforms to share the practice of Eling Living: awareness, balance, and conscious living.
As we expand our global presence, we are strengthening our commercial engine to reach a wider international audience. We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who is experienced in growth strategy and digital performance — someone who can scale with intention, lead with clarity, and grow with purpose.
Role Overview
You will lead the Sales & Marketing function for all business units of Eling Group — Sang Spa and Bali Eling Spirit programs.
This role blends strategy, brand building, performance marketing, partnership development, and team leadership.
Your mission: to drive revenue growth, build our global presence, and connect more people worldwide to the Eling experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Development
- Build and execute marketing & sales roadmaps across spa, academy, sanctuary, and retreats.
- Set clear revenue targets and oversee lead generation, booking performance, and conversion.
- Develop multi-channel funnels from awareness → engagement → booking → retention.
2. Performance Marketing & Digital Optimization
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
- Build retargeting flows, CRM journeys, and automation systems.
3. Sales Leadership & Partnerships
- Lead the corporate sales, OTA, travel agent, and customer relations teams.
- Build partnerships with hotels, airlines, retreat organizers, and wellness communities.
- Develop B2B and B2C pipelines with measurable revenue outcomes.
4. Branding & Content Direction
- Strengthen Eling’s brand identity and international positioning.
- Guide storytelling, creative direction, digital content, and communication tone.
- Ensure consistent, mindful, and meaningful brand expression across platforms.
5. Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Lead the Sales & Marketing team with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with CEO, Spa Manager, Retreat & Academy Manager.
- Align messaging and campaign execution across internal and external partners.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 5–10 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Growth roles.
- Proven digital marketing experience (Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics).
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, multi-unit environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in wellness, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with yoga, retreats, or mindful living values.
- Experience managing international campaigns (EU/Asia/Australia).
- Portfolio of successful marketing or growth campaigns.
