Sales and Marketing Manager

PT. Bhineka Tatamulya Industri is a Coextruded Cast Polypropylene (CPP) film producer focused on flexible packaging. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Sales role located in Bekasi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new leads, conduct market research, and provide customers with detailed product information. You will work to ensure customer satisfaction and help drive the company's sales growth.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targets

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa
