We are seeking a strategic, target-oriented, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities in Bali, drive business growth, and build strong B2B partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing activities in Bali.
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships and customer relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
- Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and after-sales service.
- Drive the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related role.
- B2B sales and partnership experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
