What You’ll Do:
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brands, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the TikTok and digital marketing space.
- Lead sales activities, including pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Monitor market trends and develop relevant strategies and solutions.
- Lead and support the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth.
- Strong network or existing client/channel within the TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem.
