Job Descriptions:
• Create a regular report presented to the Supervisor
• Achieve target set by the company (monthly, quarterly, annually) from new and existing customers in targeted industry
• Established and build out the Business Development function of the company, including developing an overall Business Development Strategy
• Make an action plan monthly/yearly, monitor the achievement, and conduct the analysis
• Manage of the sales achievement, performance, and development
• Work towards sales and revenue goals as established in partnership with the leadership
• Seek out and source new customers by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development
• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team and Vendor Team to develop creative outreach strategies to attract customers
• Collaborate with members of the team to ensure an excellent customer experience across all client interactions from needs assessment through delivery and project follow up
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling logistics services based on the industry companies
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Related industry product and market knowledge (Transportation/Logistics/FMCG/Raw Material/Industrial)
