Sales & Marketing Lead (First Hire) | AI Agency, Bali
AI Fusion Partner helps businesses in Bali and abroad work smarter with AI: automations, AI assistants, apps and content. Our clients are studios, villas, restaurants and international companies. We're growing, and we're building our first team.
This is not a "one task" job. You'll be close to the founders and touch everything, with a clear focus on sales and marketing.
What you'll do
- Find and talk to new clients, run meetings, help close deals
- Create content for us and for our clients (phone filming, Instagram, TikTok)
- Keep our projects organised: follow-ups, planning, client communication
- Support the founders day to day, like a right hand
Who we're looking for
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Outgoing, you enjoy talking to people and selling comes naturally
- Organised and reliable, you finish what you start
- Curious about AI (we'll teach you the tools)
- Based in Bali, full time, on site
