Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Lead, Sales Supervisor, Business Development, or similar role.
- Proven experience leading and developing sales teams to achieve targets.
- Experience managing both online and offline sales channels, including retail stores, marketplaces, social commerce, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Experience planning and executing sales campaigns to drive traffic, conversion rates, and repeat purchases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Results-driven, customer-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
