Sales & Marketing Executive – Packaging
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our eco-friendly packaging solutions and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and execute sales and marketing strategies that support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities, especially for eco-friendly packaging products (such as Bagasse).
- Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, and negotiations to promote the company's products.
- Achiece sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree in any fields preferable in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Communications.
- Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in packaging or sustainability-related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
