Job Description
- Assist the Sales team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist in following up with prospective and existing clients.
- Participate in sales activities, client visits, exhibitions, or promotional events when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales team.
Qualifications
- Active university student (minimum 5th semester) majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
