Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the export/import and customs logistics sector.
- Make a new profit for company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company's export/import services.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, market developments and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and enhance service offerings.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the logistics, import/export or customs brokerage industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian import/export market and local business practices.
- Experience dealing with overseas customers is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Results-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed sales targets.
