Sales & Marketing Freight Forwarding – Export & Import (Surabaya Branch)
PT Sinar Cakra Buana is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Freight Forwarding – Export & Import (Surabaya Branch) to develop new customers and grow our Export, Import, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Trucking business.
Responsibilities
- Find and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and service proposals according to customer needs.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct customer visits and business development activities.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer/pipeline data.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Export-Import.
- Understand basic Export-Import, Customs, and Logistics processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Have a valid SIM A/C and willing to travel for customer visits.
