About the Company

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B sales of sandwich panel products and insulation systems
- Manage the full sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closing
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers
- Acquire new customers such as contractors, project owners, consultants, and developers
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, production, and delivery schedules
- Monitor market trends, ongoing projects, and identify new sales opportunities
- Support sales and marketing activities, including basic administrative tasks
- Build and expand customer base to achieve sales and growth targets
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1); all majors are welcome (Engineering or Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sandwich panel, insulation, or construction materials industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Experience in modular house projects is an advantage
- Good market knowledge of sandwich panels used for cold storage, clean rooms, processing rooms, HVAC ducting, and insulated metal roofing
