We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing to join Social Bread Indonesia.
Founded by Edho Zell in 2020, Social Bread is a TikTok Marketing & Social Media Agency helping brands grow through creator-driven solutions.
We are currently expanding our TikTok ecosystem, connecting brands, creators, and communities to create impactful digital campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and approach potential restaurant, café, and F&B brand partners.
- Handle the full sales process, from pitching and negotiation to closing and onboarding.
- Understand merchant needs and offer our TikTok GO solutions and promotions service.
- Manage the merchant pipeline and achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on F&B market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and campaign execution.
Requirements
- Open to entry- to mid-level candidates only. We do not consider senior-manager-level applicants.
- Bachelor's Degree & 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth.
- Strong network or existing client/channel within the TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem.
Location: Biomedical Campus BSD, Tangerang
Work Arrangement: On-site
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 10:00 - 17:00 WIB
