Anhera Suite Ubud is currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our pre-opening team.
We are looking for a proactive professional who is passionate about driving revenue, building strong business relationships, and supporting the growth of a boutique hospitality project in Ubud.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners.
* Promote hotel rooms, packages, and special offers.
* Handle sales inquiries, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
* Maintain and update client database and sales reports.
* Manage online distribution channels (OTA) and promotional activities.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Coordinate with Front Office and Reservations for smooth operations.

Requirements
* Minimum D3 or S1 in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sales & Marketing in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Good command of English (spoken & written).
* Familiar with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.) is an advantage.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Strong understanding of hospitality market trends.
* Able to work in a pre-opening environment.
* Immediate join is highly preferred.
