Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or E-Commerce, preferably in the F&B, bakery, or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Creative and proactive in developing marketing ideas, collaborations, promotional campaigns, and events to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms, social media, and offline sales activities, with willingness to participate in bazaars, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
