🔍 Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Marketing Executive under the FurnixFlex platform, a regional B2B business matching and product integration platform serving architects, developers, and designers across Southeast Asia.
You will be responsible for expanding our dealer network in Indonesia and executing brand marketing activities to drive awareness, leads, and customer engagement. This is a result-driven position that requires both sales execution and strategic marketing ability.
🛠 Responsibilities:
🧩 Sales Development
Identify, approach, and onboard qualified dealers and distributors for the brands under the FurnixFlex platform
Handle dealer inquiries and guide them through partnership onboarding
Achieve monthly dealer recruitment and sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, showroom visitors, and B2B partners
📢 Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns including exhibitions, roadshows, training sessions, and social media campaigns
Manage FurnixFlex Indonesia's digital presence (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp updates)
Produce content for brochures, presentation decks, EDMs, and marketing materials
Support PR, influencer, or collaborative activities that enhance brand visibility
🤝 Coordination
Work closely with HQ team in Malaysia and other brand partners for campaign alignment
Provide market feedback and assist in adapting strategy to local trends
🎯 Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (furniture, interior design, or B2B platform industry is a plus)
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Creative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Familiar with social media management and marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Willing to work weekends occasionally based on showroom/event schedule
