International Test Center (ITC) is dedicated to improving the quality of individuals and institutions in Indonesia through knowledge and learning services. ITC serves various sectors including government, private, small to large enterprises, schools, universities, organizations, and individuals by providing internationally recognized assessments, certifications, and learning tools. As the official Indonesian representative for ETS (Educational Testing Service) and Certiport, ITC offers respected products like TOEIC, TOEFL, IC3 certifications, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (B2B) located in Bandung Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, identifying opportunities for business growth, creating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiating/closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will focus on both business-to-business (B2B) sectors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
  • Able to present and communicate well in English and indonesian (TOEIC score min 605)
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Computer literate (CRM, Outlook, Zoom, Ms Office, Internet etc)
  • Easy-going, Communicactive, initiative and flexible personality
  • Target oriented and discipline in time management
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
