Sales and Marketing Analyst

PT Terra Eden Bali is a property company specializing in villa sales and investment through secure and legally compliant freehold and leasehold schemes. We are hiring a Property Marketing & Sales professional to promote our villas to local and international clients through integrated online and offline strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, manage, and consistently follow up potential buyers.

• Explain villa products, legal documentation, pricing, payment schemes, and investment potential.

• Conduct presentations, property site visits, negotiations, and sales closings.

• Promote properties through social media, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, agents, communities, KOLs, and influencers.

• Maintain strong client relationships before and after each transaction.

• Prepare reports on leads, sales pipelines, site visits, and target achievement.

Qualifications:

• Active written and spoken English proficiency is the primary requirement.

• Candidates must be able to present, communicate, and negotiate confidently with international clients in English.

• Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 1–3 years of marketing or sales experience.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.

• Familiar with digital marketing, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.

• Understand the fundamentals of property investment, ROI, rental income, freehold, and leasehold schemes.

• An existing network of property agents, investors, communities, KOLs, or influencers is an advantage.

• Experience in property, real estate, investment, or hospitality is preferred.

• Creative, confident, proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Willing to work and conduct property site visits in Nusa Dua, Bali.
