You will work closely with Process Automation Department (PAD), oversea colleagues and be responsible for developing marketing strategies in line with business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Support PAD Sales & Marketing team to achieve Sales KPI and BP setting on admin jobs (customer registration, Sales documents, market/customer survey & research, Sales report preparation & other Sales job required by Manager).
• Monitor, support, check outstanding payment (Machine, Part & service) and make Monthly report.
• Co-ordinate with Sales team to organize Yearly, Quaterly Marketing promotion events (Seminar, Webinar, Nepcon…) for manufacturing customers (Planning, Designing and Organizing).
• Responsible to issue E-invoice on service charge by co-operate with PV Accounting and Customers for the whole process.
• In charge of Logistic job: import & export non-commercial parts, temporary import of oversea machines for PAD and coordinate with oversea Logistic colleagues (in Singapore) for information sharing (shipping documents, vessel status update…) to direct support customers in Viet Nam during their Customs process.
• Support for PAD general office activities (miscellaneous purchase, payment process, office supplies, PAD devices control, hotel & airline ticket booking for PAD and oversea supporters …).
• Develop illustrations, product catalogues and other designs requires for Sales team, using software (powerpoint, photoshop).
• Key person in charge of PAD compliance activities (ISO, ISM, Cost Busters…).
• Language: English fluently and second foreign languages will be an advantage.
• Skills:
- Customer service orientation, strong team-work skill, good communication,
- Leadership skill and Logistic experience, thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management, data-driven and possess good analytical skills,
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, data entry management.
