Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and sales reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new market opportunities and targeting key accounts.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, and ensure objectives are met.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and adapt to changes in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, opportunities, and challenges.
- Training & Development: Provide training, guidance, and coaching to the sales team to improve their skills and performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets and expenses
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts, track team performance against these forecasts, and adjust strategies as necessary.
