PT Supreme Optimus Prime is looking for a Sales and Digital Marketing to drive sales performance and digital marketing activities across multiple projects and clients. In this role, you will manage client relationships, execute marketing campaigns, and support revenue growth and market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or business development, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experienced in handling client acquisition and relationship management
- Able to conduct market research and analyze business opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
- Target oriented and able to work independently or in a team
- Experience in outsourcing, consulting, or engineering industry is preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential clients and sales opportunities
- Conduct prospecting, follow up, and closing deals
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Manage social media and digital channels to generate leads
- Perform market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Manage sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and client needs
