Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new external clients and expand market opportunities.
- Identify, approach, and generate qualified leads through networking, partnerships, and market exploration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, business pitching, and commercial negotiations with clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, to deal closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare commercial proposals, project costing, and client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
- Support strategic initiatives to strengthen company branding and market presence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial, or Account Management.
- Proven experience in acquiring external clients and handling B2B sales activities.
- Experience in IT services, technology solutions, or digital business industry is preferred.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales approaches.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and client engagement if required.
