Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new external clients and expand market opportunities.
  • Identify, approach, and generate qualified leads through networking, partnerships, and market exploration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, business pitching, and commercial negotiations with clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, to deal closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare commercial proposals, project costing, and client solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Support strategic initiatives to strengthen company branding and market presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience in acquiring external clients and handling B2B sales activities.
  • Experience in IT services, technology solutions, or digital business industry is preferred.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales approaches.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel for business meetings and client engagement if required.
