Sales & Business Operation

Role Description

Responsible for managing daily area operations, including cleanliness, facilities, operational needs, and manpower. Drive sales performance and revenue growth while developing partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement with external parties to support business growth.


What We Looking For:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Marketing, Management, Communication, or Sports Science.
2. Passionate about sports (baseball/softball), healthy lifestyle or community activities is a plus.
3. Previous experience in operations, sales, business development, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
4. Highly proactive and able to work independently as well as in a small team .
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Target-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

What you will do:

1. Generate revenue
2. Ensure smooth and effective daily operational activities.
3. Support and achieve sales targets through customer follow-ups and sales activities.
4. Build and maintain good relationships with trainers, communities, customers, and external partners.
5. Perform other tasks related to operations and business development as required.
