Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth within the Education Technology (EdTech) market in Indonesia.
- Identify, acquire, and manage channel partners, including distributors, system integrators, and educational solution providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, government institutions, enterprises, and key stakeholders.
- Support channel partners with pre-sales activities, solution presentations, proposals, and project implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and recommend product improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives, partner training programs, and localized go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management, preferably within EdTech, Education Hardware, AV Solutions, or related technology industries.
- Proven track record in selling technology products or solutions to schools, government institutions, or large enterprises.
- Strong channel development, partner management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent market analysis, business development, and project execution capabilities.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
