Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales and Business Development Manager IndoOne


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the waterproofing coating, construction materials, or construction industry, with proven experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and project owners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong experience in waterproofing coatings, construction chemicals, building materials, or the construction industry.
  • Established network within the construction ecosystem, including contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluent in English
