We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the waterproofing coating, construction materials, or construction industry, with proven experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and project owners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Strong experience in waterproofing coatings, construction chemicals, building materials, or the construction industry.
- Established network within the construction ecosystem, including contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Fluent in English
