Our business focuses on online e-commerce, agency services, and premium kitchen interior projects.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Executive to lead the growth of new revenue pipelines, corporate partnerships, and business projects for Aspire Ave Sdn Bhd.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline
Generate high-quality leads daily and effectively close opportunities for corporate workshops (baking & coffee classes) for MNCs, SMEs, and financial institutions.
Identify and close sales for kitchen interior projects involving residential units, retail outlets, and commercial developments.
Drive lead generation and sales for office coffee machine rentals and coffee bean supplies (B2B).
Business Development & Project Management
Manage new business projects end-to-end, including planning timelines, coordinating tasks, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring all outcomes meet expectations.
Collaborate closely with Aspire and Walker teams across Malaysia and Singapore.
Marketing & Events Support
Support regular marketing activities such as roadshows, in-store demos, and events for brands including Delonghi, Kenwood, Nutribullet, and Panasonic.
Assist in curating private events aimed at lead generation, brand experience, and client engagement within the Aspire showroom.
Client Relationship & CRM Management
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales pipeline data.
Prepare reports and present project updates to management.
Build strong customer relationships and manage client follow-ups.
Tendering & Strategic Partnerships
Support tender submissions, attend lead meetings, pitch proposals, and manage partnership or collaboration opportunities.
Handle corporate gift projects, interior design partnerships, and other collaboration-driven initiatives.
Operational Support
Assist with internal operations such as baking and coffee class deliveries.
Help drive showroom walk-ins and product sales for kitchen appliances.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Malaysian citizen, based in or willing to work in Johor Bahru (Senai office).
Possesses own vehicle.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM systems, and digital tools.
Friendly, hardworking, presentable, and confident in client-facing situations.
Package & Benefits
Attractive Salary Package (negotiable based on experience)
Commission provided
3-month probation period
10 days annual leave per year (pro-rated for 2025) No AL & MC during probation
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm, Saturday: Half Day (9am – 1pm)
