F Project is looking for a sharp, target-oriented Sales & Business Development Associate to grow alongside us. If you have 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in selling corporate services or solutions, this is your stage to shine!
At F Project, we empower SMEs and Enterprises to scale through strategic HR solutions, ranging from KPI & SOP development to Job Evaluation and Corporate Training. Your mission will be the driving force that bridges the gap between corporate decision-makers and our transformational HR solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Prospect, curate, and reach out to potential B2B leads (Business Owners, Directors, and HR Leaders) to pitch F Project’s core services.
- Probe and understand client pain points, then craft sharp, tailored business proposals (KPI/SOP, Job Evaluation, or Corporate Training) that address their needs.
- Drive intensive, proactive follow-ups, handle tactical negotiations, and successfully close deals.
- Identify and initiate strategic collaborations with business communities, associations, or other partners to expand F Project's market presence.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (Experience in HR services, consulting, or corporate agency solutions is a massive plus).
- Target-oriented & result-driven
- Fast-Paced & Detail-Oriented. Able to move fast in responding to leads while maintaining high precision and detail in client proposals.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage directly with C-level executives and business owners
