Sales Analyst

Job Description

    •    Collect, clean, and process sales data from various sources

    •    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

    •    Analyze sales performance based on products, regions, customers, and sales teams

    •    Monitor sales targets and KPI achievements

    •    Create dashboards and data visualizations for management needs

    •    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis results

    •    Support sales forecasting and demand planning processes

    •    Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support business strategies

    •    Identify market trends and opportunities to increase revenue

    •    Evaluate promotional programs or sales campaigns

    •    Automate reporting processes using analytics tools when needed

    •    Ensure the accuracy and consistency of sales data

Requirements

    •    Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Analyst/Sales Analyst/Business Analyst/Sales Support / Reporting

    •    Experience in sales or commercial areas is a plus

    •    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL

    •    Familiar with data visualization tools such as:

    •    Microsoft Power BI

    •    Tableau

    •    Google Looker Studio

    •    Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis

    •    Ability to create dashboards and automate reporting

    •    Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
