As a marketing executive in the medical device industry, you will be required to understand fully about the promoted products and handle queries from medical representative from hospitals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, medical science, nursing or equivalent is a must
- Max. 35 years old
- Experience 2 years marketing experience in equivalent industry
- Good in Communication, and strong analytical
- English speaker is a huge advantage
- Strong time management skill
- Fast learner and creative
- Have passion to continue to learn and develop themselves
- Able to meet required performance target
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in team or individual
- Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy
- Have great appetite to learn
- Expert communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and in English although having proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
- Great knowledge in the products is a must
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for pricing and marketing strategy
- Manage and process nationwide events
- Handle product complaints
- Leverage the prowess of data warehousing and visualization to inform product strategy.
- Provide marketing promotion materials
- Responsible for tender process verification and materials
- Engage in market research on yearly hospital cases for each procedurs
- Research for new market trend and potential new products
- Perform inventory stocktake in the outlets on monthly basis
- Analyze competitors’ movement, pricing, and plan
- Maintain and establish product forecast to fulfill marketing requirements
- Perform live procedure assistance for users in need
- Responsible in inventory allocation to optimize sales
- Plan and propose training materials and schedule for all marketing executives
- Perform training to marketing team
