ABOUT US

Veranda Films is a video studio based in Badung, Bali. We make cinematic 30-second marketing films for holiday villas, built from the photos the owner already has. No crew, no drone, no travel. Our customers are vacation rental management companies in the United States that run 20, 50, 200 properties each. One good conversation with one of them can be worth 20 films.

THE ROLE

You are the voice of Veranda Films on the phone. You call villa management companies in the USA, present our films, get them to send a listing link, and close the first project. We give you everything else: the lead list with phone numbers, the calling software, the scripts, the answers to every objection, and training in your first days with a founder listening in on your first real calls.

• Full-time, 6 days a week, fully remote. Work from any city in Indonesia.

• Night shift on US business hours, approx. 10 PM – 6:30 AM WITA. This is not negotiable, our customers are awake when Bali sleeps.

• B2B phone sales in English, every single day with Americans.

• Target: 150+ dials a day, 15–20 real conversations, 3–5 managers who want to see their first film.

WHAT YOU EARN

• Base salary Rp 3,500,000 per month.

• 10% commission on every paid deal. No cap, no ceiling, no fine print. One film is €150, so every single sale puts about Rp 300,000 in your pocket. One villa manager with 20 properties means €1,980 revenue and about Rp 4,000,000 commission from one customer.

• If you are hungry and really work the phone, 30, 40, 50 films a month are possible. That is Rp 9–15 million commission on top of your base. The ceiling is your skill, not our budget.

• Commission is paid monthly on money that has actually arrived. Your base is paid no matter what.

THE FIRST 30 DAYS

A paid trial with clear targets. Days 1–3: product, scripts, role plays, first real calls with feedback. From week 2: full speed. Day 30: we look at the numbers together and decide how big this gets. If it works, the next step is more leads, higher commission tiers, and later a small team of callers you could lead.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent spoken English. You will talk to Americans all night. This is the first filter and it is a hard one.

• Real sales experience: phone sales, telemarketing, closing, insurance, telco, property, anything where you had to get a yes.

• A quiet room, stable internet, laptop and headset.

• Hunger. Someone who makes 40 calls on a full shift is not a fit. Someone who makes 150 and pushes for the link is exactly who we want.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

Not a property job, no licence needed. Not MLM. No fees of any kind, ever. We pay you, never the other way round.
