Responsibilities:
* Assist customers and provide product information on precious metals.
* Achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
* Handle basic buyback processes and product verification.
* Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and daily operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in precious metals, jewelry, or gold retail.
* Experience in a gold shop is highly preferred.
* Understand basic buyback processes and precious metals products.
* Target-oriented, proactive, communicative, and customer-focused.
* Neat, presentable, and willing to work in-store.
