And currently we are looking for Sales Administration Staff position.
RESPONSIBILITES :
- Input and manage sales orders, product data, and customer information
- Track order status, payments, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, accounting, and visual merchandising teams
- Maintain sales documentation including invoices, delivery orders, and receipts
- Update product availability, stock status, and pricing information to customers/designers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
- Support general sales administration and order fulfillment
- Coordinate client and designer special occasions and related arrangements
REQUIREMENTS :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Background in Administration, Management, Business, Communication, or related fields is preferred
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to new tasks and working environments
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Interest or experience in sales administration, retail, or home décor is a plus
- Willing to be based in Kemang, South Jakarta
- Able and willing to work on Saturdays
