Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate mentoring sessions focused on Sales Administration practices in corporate environments.
- Teach participants about invoicing processes, sales order management, and administrative sales workflows.
- Guide participants in preparing professional proposals, quotation letters, and customer-related administrative documents.
- Conduct practical exercises and case studies related to quotation creation, sales documentation, and order handling.
- Demonstrate proper administrative standards, document formatting, and coordination workflows commonly used in business operations.
- Provide insights into communication and coordination between sales, finance, operations, and administrative teams.
- Apply real workplace scenarios to help participants understand day-to-day responsibilities in Sales Administration roles.
- Ensure participants understand professional administrative standards, reporting accuracy, and documentation management.
Qualifications
- Professional background in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Business Administration, or related administrative roles.
- Hands-on experience in handling invoicing, sales orders, quotation documents, proposals, and customer administration processes.
- Familiar with administrative workflows related to sales support, document processing, and coordination with internal departments.
- Able to create and review professional quotation letters, proposals, and business correspondence.
- Strong understanding of document accuracy, administrative detail, and reporting standards.
- Comfortable guiding participants through practical exercises and real-case administrative scenarios.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain administrative processes clearly.
- Prior mentoring, training, or teaching experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
