Sales Administration Internship

Role Purpose

Support the sales team by ensuring accurate documentation, structured data management, and smooth coordination across teams. This role helps maintain organized sales operations while contributing to lead generation and promotional support activities.

Job Description

1. Support the preparation of sales materials (quotations, proposals, presentations) by organizing required information accurately and efficiently.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary data and ensure sales documents are complete and aligned with business needs.
3. Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Ensure all customer interactions, sales activities, and documentation are properly recorded and well-organized.
5. Assist in monitoring the completeness and quality of sales administration processes.
6. Support promotional and outreach activities to increase awareness of Synapsis IT solutions.
7. Identify and reach out to potential leads using existing databases, introduce Synapsis solutions clearly, and help arrange initial meetings with the sales team.
8. Demonstrate reliability and ownership in handling assigned administrative tasks while working collaboratively with the team.

Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate or Diploma student, or Fresh Graduate in Management, Business, Administration, or related fields.
2. Strong organizational and administrative capability with attention to detail.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional settings.
4. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 tools.
5. Familiar with CRM systems and able to manage structured data accurately is a plus.
6. Basic understanding of the end-to-end B2B sales process; exposure to IT products or services is a plus.
7. Previous experience in sales administration or supporting sales activities (internship, part-time, or campus projects) is a plus.
