JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES ADMIN (EXPORT FURNITURE)
- Manage the full export sales administration process from inquiry, quotation, through to order confirmation
- Prepare and process all sales and export documents including Sales Orders (SO), Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other supporting export documents
- Follow up with the production, warehouse, and freight teams to ensure orders are on track for scheduled delivery
- Accurately input and update sales data, customer records, and orders into the company's internal system
- Handle administrative correspondence with international buyers via email or business communication platforms
- Monitor shipment schedules (ETD/ETA) and ensure all documents are complete prior to shipment
- Maintain well-organized and systematic filing of all sales and export documents
- Support the sales team in preparing sales reports and tracking export targets
- Handle customer administrative complaints and assist in resolving order-related issues
- Coordinate with other divisions on the status of international customer orders
Qualifications:
1. Min. D3/S1 in any major (Management, International Business, English Literature are preferred)
2. Min. 1–2 years experience in sales admin, export-import, or international trade
3. Familiar with export activity is an advantage
4. Proficient in English
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple deadlines
7. Strong coordination skills across departments
8. Background in furniture or wood-based export is a plus
