Job Desc :
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Input sales transaction data on the system.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to follow up on selling, obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Prepare Sales Order Document.
- Liaise with the Warehouse and Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Handling walk-in Customers and explaining the product detail to the customers, also doing up-selling as necessary.
- Prepare all documents related to sales operations (ex: Berita Acara, Purchase Order, Quotation, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain Tools Kit (sample, catalog, etc.) to support the Sales Representative and Manager in running Sales Calls.
- Filling all sales documents correctly.
- Perform other work assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements :
- Max 25 years.
- Minimum diploma major in business administration, economy management, accounting, or related field.
- Female.
- Fluent in English.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Conscientious.
- Advance knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
