WE ARE HIRING – SALES ADMIN
VIVRE Group (Vivre Catering, Vivre Gourmet, Taman Bhagawan, and Puri Bhagawan)
VIVRE Group is looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales activities across catering, wholesale and retail, and venue and event operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales enquiries and assist with client follow-ups, proposals, and bookings.
- Support wholesale and retail sales, customer enquiries, and order coordination.
- Assist with venue enquiries, event proposals, client follow-ups, and booking arrangements.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and booking information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer service.
- Provide administrative support to help drive sales performance and revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
