About the role
This is an opportunity to join PT AIM MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as a Sales Administrator. Based in Jakarta, you will support the sales team by managing sales documentation, processing orders and invoices, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth daily sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, and Delivery Notes using the company's ERP systems.
- Organize and maintain sales documents, including agreements, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Verify product details, quantities, and documents before shipment.
- Prepare installment and calibration invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and expedition companies to monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with product and material ordering through the company's ERP system.
- Support other administrative tasks as required.
Reqirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in distribution, medical devices, aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or the beauty industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Kingdee and Mekari Jurnal is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documents and invoices.
- Able to coordinate effectively with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and other departments.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
