Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure timely completion of sales-related documents.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain customer data, quotations, contracts, and other supporting documents.
- Review and verify legal and administrative documents required for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect and complete tender documentation.
- Monitor document validity and ensure all required documents are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and administrative progress.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation to ensure records are well organized and easily accessible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, tender administration, or document handling is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of legal and corporate documents is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with good document management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible in handling confidential documents.
