Job Description:
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation for the Sales department.
- Maintain and update sales, customer, and marketing activity data.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other supporting documents.
- Assist with customer and partner follow-ups related to administrative matters.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing activity reports.
- Manage and organize Sales documents and databases.
- Support promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth Sales operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school/vocational school graduate; Diploma degree is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Sales Admin, Marketing Admin, or in a related administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage data and documentation accurately.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
