As a Sales Admin, you will play an important role in supporting the Sales team by handling administrative processes, preparing client documentation, monitoring campaign progress, and coordinating with internal teams. You will ensure that all sales activities, project documentation, and client requirements are managed accurately and efficiently, helping deliver successful advertising campaigns and excellent client service.
Job Description
- Support the Sales team in daily administrative and operational activities.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, BAST, BAPP, PO, NDA, LOI, and other client documentation.
- Create and maintain accurate sales records, project documentation, and client databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documents for clients and internal purposes.
- Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to the Sales team.
- Prepare Post Campaign Reports (PCR) and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in monitoring PO, invoicing status, and payment progress.
- Prepare and submit documents required for client registration, onboarding, and tender processes.
- Ensure all documents are properly organized, updated, and archived.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Domiciled in West Jakarta.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
- Experience in advertising, media, agency, or project-based industries is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales Admin or similar administrative roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data processing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
