Job Description
- Support the sales team in daily administrative and operational activities.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Handle customer and follow-up processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding orders, delivery schedules, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.
Job Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Able to communicate in English is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Support, Administration, or related field.
- Experience handling import/export or overseas clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed at PIK 2
