Sales Admin (KAWISARI part of HOTEL TUGU BALI)
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Admin.
This role plays an important part in supporting the sales function by ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate documentation, effective coordination, and supporting online sales growth across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in daily operations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales-related documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and customer information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and follow-ups
- Support online sales administration, including e-commerce platform coordination and order monitoring
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Handle inquiries and communication with clients professionally
- Support scheduling, meetings, and coordination related to sales activities
- Ensure all documentation and filing are well organized and up to date
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms, online sales processes, and digital order management
- Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality when needed
- Experience in sales administration, e-commerce, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
