TAILG Indonesia is a growing company in the electric vehicle industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily sales operations. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy administrative work, data management, and coordination with multiple teams.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the sales team with daily sales administration activities.
2. Prepare sales documents such as quotations, sales orders, invoices, and dealer agreements.
3. Monitor order status, delivery, and payment, and coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
4. Communicate with dealers/customers regarding order and document matters.
5. Maintain and update dealer and customer databases.
6. Support sales promotions and sales programs.
7. Handle sales-related administration, returns, or claims according to company procedures.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin or Sales Support (automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus).
3. Able to use Microsoft Office.
4. Experience using SAP systems is a plus.
