This on-site role as a Sales Administrator at Agathon Property Investment is based in Serpong. The Sales Administrator will support the sales and marketing team with:
1. Handle incoming inquiries from customers and provide timely responses and follow-ups.
2. Assist the sales team in managing and organizing leads, customer data, and follow-up activities.
3. Prepare and send marketing blasts and promotional materials for Agathon Property’s Australian property offerings.
4. Maintain and regularly update the lead database, customer records, and sales administration documents.
5. Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
6. Assist in coordinating client or tenant visits, including scheduling appointments and preparing necessary arrangements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, administration, or sales & marketing.
3. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with good attention to detail.
4. Experience handling customer databases, follow-ups, or marketing communications is preferred.
5. Experience in property, real estate, or event-related industries is an advantage.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
7. Proficient in English (added value).
8. Proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
9. Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic working environment.
10. Willing to work from the office (WFO), Monday–Saturday, in Gading Serpong.
